KUALA LUMPUR: For most businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the pressing problem is keeping their business alive.

Liang is in the food and beverage industry and will provide insights into how consumer-centric businesses can survive the pandemic by minimizing operating and variable costs and engaging stakeholders such as banks and suppliers in financial matters.
Stressing the flexibility in executing strategies and leveraging partnerships and resource sharing to weather the crisis, he said, “A positive attitude is very important to keep your business going, and the power of one positive attitude can keep your company afloat. “
Leong will provide knowledge of how companies can focus more on branding to promote their products and services, using the company’s experience as a reference.
“Our sales were definitely impacted by the pandemic, so we focused more on branding,” she said, adding that the company also did live video streaming on social media to promote the brand and share its products.
“We have also encouraged and supported our retailers to transform their business online through digital platforms,” she said, adding that the company is also providing retailers with additional guarantees, free gifts and benefits to increase their sales.
Dr. Chong will share the experience of Dr. Chong in dealing with business disruptions in the face of the pandemic so that she cannot focus on her core business of providing beauty services.
He will talk about how he doubled the company’s cash reserve during the troubled period.
