We are looking for the ultimate powerhouse for digital content! You are a seasoned content creator / digital marketer with a proven ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, fluid space. Lisa is charged, to improve her brands you need to be one step ahead of the digital game. We’re looking for a proactive creative who has his finger on the pulse of industry trends and insights, who knows when the algorithm has changed and knows exactly how to increase engagement. To meet this briefing, you are a skilled graphic designer with impeccable attention to detail and excellent photography and videography skills.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing digital assets and content strategies in an impressive portfolio. You have energy, drive, and determination to deliver every time. In cooperation with our brand manager, you will seize opportunities and add value wherever you can. You will certainly work independently in a strong, high-performance team. Her main focus will be on creating content across channels to fulfill Lisa’s and Collective Hub’s missions and to support entrepreneurs and startups. The sky is the limit and anything is possible!

Main responsibilities:

  • Social media: Work with the brand manager to design and create graphics that optimize the digital strategy. Maintain all of the Collective Hub’s social contacts and lead engagement
  • Advertising copy: Ability to make copies from time to time for EDMs, social and digital assets, and print media. Journalistic background is a bonus
  • Videography: Rotate and edit product videos for websites and social platforms on an iPhone to create stop-motion promotional videos. Route video content creation through IGTV, Reels & TikTok. Do your research and stay informed about industry trends to ensure you can proactively maximize your opportunities
  • Photography: Style, photograph and edit flatlays and product placements on an iPhone. Upload images to the website and make sure UGC photos and videos are up to date.
  • EDMs: Create weekly emails and bespoke ad spend. Create color schemes and titles in the Adobe Suite, write text under the direction of the brand manager, work with the CEO on editorial letters, upload, send and monitor links and images
  • Marketing materials: Effectively manage the development of media kits, speaker showreels, and other marketing materials
  • Further projects in development: upon need


  • Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Kajabi (or willingness to learn these platforms)
  • All social media platforms
  • Proven experience recording, editing, and creating videos, photos, and animated graphics for digital channels on an iPhone. Preferably for products.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and a willingness to develop these skills

The offer:

This superstar reports directly to the brand manager. This role offers the freedom to work from home, with the successful candidate being based in Sydney to attend shoots and be on-site when needed. A competitive salary is offered to the successful digital content marketer with an immediate entry.
